Returns Exchanges Refunds
Please allow 2 weeks for processing returns. There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges
Merchandise and packaging must be in brand new resalable condition, in original, package with tags still attached .
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for pointe shoe accessories. (Toe Pads, Ribbon, Elastic, Wool ,Make It Fit Kits or Heel Oval Kits).
To avoid crushing and damage, please return pointe shoes in a hard carton not in an envelope.
Please do not pull or adjust elastic on pointe or technique shoes. Shoes returned with elastic that has been pulled will not be excepted.
Please enclose a copy of your original invoice or packing slip, note CLEARLY on it what you would like us to send you as an exchange.
Your credit card will be billed for postage for shipping the exchanged merchadise.
For health purpose, no returns or exchanges on tights or unitights except for defects.
